2015 Vendor Application

  • Wideglide Entertainment Ltd. is currently accepting applications for Sunfest Country Music Festival. Sunfest attracts over 40,000 people each year. Our goal is to present festival-goers with highly qualified, diverse and efficient food vendors. If you would like to be considered as a food vendor for the 2015 Sunfest, please complete the below application or PDF form and submit the following materials:

  • Forward all materials to the address below. Applications must be postmarked by March 31, 2015. All payments to Wideglide Entertainment Ltd. must be submitted by mail, with all completed checklist items.

    Food vendor booths must remain open for the duration of the Sunfest. Sunfest goes on rain or shine and all vendors are expected to be open during the hours listed unless notified by Sunfest personnel.

  • Booth Sketch

    This information is needed to determine proper placement of your booth.

    Please provide a "birds-eye" view of your booth layout. Including all of the following:

    • Location of cooler(s), cooking area(s), freezer(s), refrigerator(s), hand wash sink(s) and propane tanks.

    • All elements of your booth: tent(s), trailer tongues, where you will be serving food from, anything you plan on placing in front of your booth, etc.

    Everything included for your vendor operations must be included in your sketch. If you are selected as a food vendor, you must operate within the confines of the dimensions indicated.

  • Final payments must be received prior to June 15, 2015. Vendors will not be permitted on-site until final payment is received.

    Please make cheques payable to Wideglide Entertainment Ltd. and please include a separate cheque for clean up deposit.
  • I, the undersigned, hereby release and agree to hold harmless Wideglide Entertainment Ltd. its officers, directors, licensees, agents and employees from any damage to my property or any personal injury which I or my helpers may sustain while participating in Sunfest on July 30, 31 August 1,2 2015. Further, I agree to abide by the guidelines for participation, as listed in the Vendor Guide lines and all policies and guidelines developed by the Sunfest planning committee. I understand that failure to follow these regulations can mean expulsion from this year’s or future festivals
